Refund policy

At LUCKY 3D PRINTING, all products are custom made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lucky3dp@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the damage or defect

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at our discretion.

Customization Errors If we made an error on your customization (wrong color, size, or specification), we will reprint and reship at no cost to you.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before production begins. After that, cancellations cannot be accepted as your item is already in production.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items damaged through normal wear and tear
• Items returned without prior authorization
